JOB DESCRIPTION

 Job title: Account or Business Development Manager / Full time – HCMC

Role: The Account Managers (AM) or Business Development Managers (BDM) are both responsible for the management of multiple accounts in the concerned destinations spread all over Vietnam. His/Her objective is to effectively grow our business activities in the assigned sector(s) and destination(s). AM mostly focus on B and C client/prospects categories while BDM focus mainly on A & B clients/prospects categories.

As AM or BDM, you identify new potential leads and attend face to face meetings with business owners and decision makers in order to provide them with the right solutions from Innovo JSC. Your role is also to deliver seemingless experiences to our customers and nurture the business relationship on the long term.

The employee shall:

  • Develop the sales activities in the assigned area
  • Sell our advertising services for each of our online and offline publications
  • Sell online and offline marketing services to our clients online
  • Develop and sustain a large network of potential leads in our field of interest
  • Make propositions to a min. of 40 prospects and/or clients per month (shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, clubs, hotels, spas, travel agencies…)
  • Set up meetings with decision makers & manage your schedule
  • Sustain reports with key accounts by making periodic visits & explore specific needs, anticipate new opportunities
  • Send quotes to potential customers and support the admin team when needed for contracts and payments collection
  • Achieve sales, distribution and marketing operational objectives/targets

  • Analyze and report to management about the market trends and the competition
  • Participate in PR/marketing activities/networking events
  • Liaise with clients for contract follow up and possible conflict resolutions if needed
  • Produce/submit reports as assigned by the management
  • Update daily all your sales related activities in the company CRM
  • Follow and comply with the company processes, procedure and guidelines
  • Train and support new incoming staff as assigned by the management
  • Liaise with marketing department to optimize delivery of our contracted services
  • Improve the distribution of our printed publications
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time by the management

The employee shall have/be:

  • Vietnamese, Foreign Vietnamese or Expatriates
  • 2-3+ years of working exp. in Vietnam
  • Credible and trustworthy
  • Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written
  • 2-3+ years exp. in advertising and/or marketing sales as AM or
  • 4-5+ years exp. in advertising sales and/or marketing sales as BDM
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team
  • Strong network in the travel and F&B industry in Vietnam is highly valued
  • Track record of achievements in sales or business development
  • English proficiency and excellent persuasion skills
  • Bachelor degree of Business Administration/Commerce or equivalent prefered
  • Dressed professionally
  • Willing to travel to meet clients
  • Keen with computer and new technologies
  • Good understanding of websites & online marketing activities, a big +
  • Stable and willing to develop a career
  • A motorbike, a laptop computer and a mobile phone
  • Non smoker preferably

Reporting line: Sales Director – CEO

Working Hours: 8:00am to 5:30pm with lunch break(1h15) – 5 days a week
