ROLE:

The Senior Social Media Executive is a creative individual with the willingness to learn and understand the Social Media in terms of executing and supervising.

You are working within the Social Media team, assisting the Marketing Guru in managing the Social Media department including its team, its clients and delivering the expected results. Also, to advise and collaborate with the junior team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversees the company Social Media accounts management
  • Creates Social Media strategies, content calendar plans, Facebook and Instagram Ads campaigns for our clients and in-house products (if required)
  • Following-up and working directly with clients to manage their expectations and deliver the key results as committed
  • Understanding and being able to manage the key concept of client’s aesthetic
  • Provides case study, sharings and practices for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns
  • Making analysis report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
  • Makes recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing and social advertising campaigns
  • Monitoring the team members with in-depth research, insights and experience upon managing client’s social media venue
  • Keeps up to date with any trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
  • Identifies and improves organizational development aspects that would improve content
  • Provides qualitative and quantitative report by analysing the data from Social Media
  • Creates monthly reports for all clients and keep in touch via email
  • Being able to help in content production if needed
  • Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
  • Completes other tasks as required.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA Degree in Business, Marketing and Communications or related fields
  • At least 3 years experience in Social Media (in hospitality or F&B industry is a plus)
  • Strong team player
  • Good written skills and attention to detail
  • A passion for all things digital and social media
  • Experienced in building social media communities and general marketing experience
  • Good at time management
  • Proficient in using English and Vietnamese
  • Decision making with data-driven mindset
  • Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios

REPORTING LINE:  Direct Manager: Marketing Manager

SALARY:  Starting 8,000,000 – 12,000,000 VND (depends on the experience)

CONTRACT TERMS (FULL TIME): 

  • Working hours: 8:00am to 5:30pm with 1.15-hr lunch break, 5 days a week
  • Holidays: 12 days + national holidays
